What data we process
EcoEsep processes three groups of data: account data (an email address — when password sign-in is enabled); project data you enter yourself — facilities, sources, calculation values, and uploaded materials; and technical server logs (IP address, request time and path) needed for stability and protection of the service.
There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics on the site or in the application. We do keep our own aggregate, non-personal usage statistics — which features are used and where errors occur — to improve the service; they contain no personal data and are visible only to the operator.
Pilot-version constraints
The workspace runs as a pilot. Use synthetic or non-sensitive data: pilot data may be reset during updates, and test access may be open.
Storage
The service is hosted on a server in Kazakhstan (Almaty), where your account and project data are stored and processed, over a TLS connection. Two elements reach external services: map tiles are loaded from third-party providers (OpenStreetMap, ArcGIS), which therefore see your IP address and the map area you request; and support requests arrive at a Gmail address. No other processing takes place outside Kazakhstan.
Your requests
To request access to or deletion of your data, write to ecoesep@gmail.com. We reply as requests are processed.
